This is a very good book for career-minded people. It provides advice on how to refuse to be limited in your capabilities. It also provides practical examples on how to deal with obstacles that hinder your progress in terms of your career and aspirations.

This book has given me a ton of tips as I continue my career in Corporate America. Not only does Brother Wyche give you the blueprint to advancement but he’s extremely honest of what it takes to achieve those goals as a minority. Thanks for the insight!

I recently participated in a professional development workshop where Mr. Wyche was the keynote speaker. He delivered such a compelling and well-developed presentation/speech on the topic of career advancement for minority professionals that I decided to purchase a copy of his book. The book contains a wealth of knowledge and advice that is effectively advanced by personal stories and illustrations offered by Mr. Wyche. 

This is another exceptional literary work by Keith R. Wyche. I have enjoyed both of his books. The information contained is valuable for the aspiring executive or wry old veteran. This book should be required reading for any business student.

If you are in a senior position at your company or have aspirations of being in one, this is critical reading. Honestly, it should be required reading in MBA schools as it gives insight into topics that are not frequently discussed, but frequently experienced.
